Important Note – Customer Care Required:

While the HydroGrow Tower simplifies plant care, customer management is still essential for successful plant growth. Here are some important guidelines:

1. Water Quality: Use clean, nutrient-enriched water to avoid damaging the plants. Poor water quality may hinder growth.

2. Lighting: Appropriate lighting is critical for plant health. We recommend using full-spectrum grow lights (sold separately) and monitoring light exposure closely to avoid under or overexposure.

3. Time Management: Although the system comes with a timer to automate watering, the customer is responsible for adjusting it based on the specific needs of their plants. Failure to do so could result in plant stress or damage.

4. Customer Responsibility: The HydroGrow Tower provides the tools for plant growth, but the responsibility for their health lies with the customer. Monitoring light, water, and nutrient levels, as well as making adjustments, is necessary for successful plant cultivation.

5. No Plant Growth Guarantee: Plant success depends on various factors such as water quality, nutrient availability, lighting, and the customer’s care. We cannot guarantee plant growth or survival, as these are determined by the conditions set by the user.

Future Fully Automated Version:

We are working on a fully automated HydroGrow system, which will handle all aspects of plant care, including watering, lighting, and nutrient distribution. With this upcoming version, we aim to offer a complete “set-it-and-forget-it” solution with guaranteed performance. Stay tuned for updates!

Terms of Agreement:

By purchasing the HydroGrow Tower, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You, as the customer, are responsible for the care and maintenance of the plants.
• The system provides automated watering, but it requires proper setup and adjustment from the customer for optimal use.
• Water quality, lighting, and time management are critical to plant success, and these factors are under the customer’s control.
• We do not offer refunds or returns based on plant failure, as the health and growth of the plants are dependent on how they are cared for by the customer.
